We urge you to go on the site and leave your details to receive the  relevant information once these consultation methods are made available.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Important links:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consultation  site: <a href=\"http:\/\/ep-ce.ca\/en\/home\">http:\/\/ep-ce.ca\/en\/home<\/a><\/li>\n<li>To receive  notifications about the consultation: <a href=\"http:\/\/ep-ce.ca\/en\/home\/#email_signup\">http:\/\/ep-ce.ca\/en\/home\/#email_signup<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The site advises that  the consultations will target 4 fundamental questions:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Different forms of       physician-assisted dying (assisted suicide and\/or voluntary euthanasia);<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility criteria       and definition of key terms;<\/li>\n<li>Risks to individuals       and society associated with physician-assisted dying; and<\/li>\n<li>Safeguards to address       risks and procedures for assessing requests for assistance in dying and       the protection of physicians\u2019 freedom of conscience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is extremely  important that as many people as possible participate in these consultations  and present the view point opposed to assisted suicide and euthanasia.
