Il a donn\u00e9 plusieurs explications physiologiques d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, appuy\u00e9es par de nombreuses histoires de cas. Il a expos\u00e9 comment l\u2019usage de tr\u00e8s petites doses de Methadone, pouvaient \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour atteindre un niveau de confort satisfaisant pour le patient, en lien avec les protocoles opio\u00efdes, lesquels n\u2019\u00e9taient quant \u00e0 eux que partiellement effectifs.\u00a0<a
